Roehampton made LUCA history when Jonny Cornish became the first man to win a LUCA medal when he took gold at in the 10, 000m at the first ever London Colleges Athletics Series (LCAS) match at Tooting in March 2015.

Roehampton have made sporadic appearances at the London Colleges League in the past, but club president Kirsty Wheeler is confident the South West Londoners will send larger and more competitive teams in the future.

The club has made a successful partnership with community club Hercules Wimbledon. Club members have access to all of Hercules sessions and have their membership included when joining the Roehampton club.

Focus clubs enjoy the support of a dedicated LUCA focus worker, links with their local England Athletics activator, funding for new sessions, funding for training coaches and discounts on LCAS entry fees.
