LUCA is run by a council of its members, comprised of two delegates from each member club.
They are joined by members of the executive and representatives from the Youth Advisory Group and London Athletics.
The council will meet for the second time on the 20th of January 2016. Delegates will be treated to refreshments as they arrive at Student Central, Mallet Street at 7pm.
Key issues under discussion will be the upcoming London Colleges Athletics Series (LCAS) and the formation of joint field training groups.
