LUCA has the bold ambition to usher in a golden era of university athletics in London and the South East. We will achieve this goal by providing competition opportunities and support clubs develop their coaching and facilities. We want to see every student given the opportunity to enjoy our sport – from complete beginners to international competitors, across all disciplines. This grand ambition requires significant ongoing financial support.
The majority of LUCA activities are directly funded by competition fees, which can fluctuate each year. To increase sustainability, LUCA has created this supporters club. The 2015 club, named after the year of our foundation, will provide a regular stream of funding to support the development of our vibrant community.
Anyone can become a Member of the 2015 Club by donating a minimum of 20.15 per quarter. Those who give a one-off donation of £2,015 or more will become lifetime members of the 2015 Club.
In recognition, all members will:
- Receive an exclusive pin badge
- Have their names listed on the LUCA website (opt out available)
- Be invited to an annual drinks reception and other LUCA events
