Lateefah Agberemi’s dominant display in the sprints and jumps earned King’s a second successive indoors title. King’s pipped Imperial to the title by 13 points, with 16 points coming from Agberemi. We are hoping to be able to put on another meet this year with the new committee members, we will announce any further updates ASAP and the current team standings ahead of the meet so each club knows what they’ll need to go for gold (Dina’s got us in that Olympic spirit already!).

At an extraordinary general meeting held last week, club representatives voted to make changes to the committee and competition structure. LUCA has been dealing with a budget crisis caused by pandemic-related competition suspension and a steep decline in active volunteers. The EGM was called by the only two currently active committee members, Christian Pugsley and Abhilash Sivaraman.
