The LCAS organising committee (LCASOC) has today announced it will be staging a relay medley at the LCAS final at Battersea on the 30th May.
Many variants of the relay medley’s exist, but race organisers from King’s, Imperial and University College have voted to stage a 2 X 100, 1 X 200, 1 X 400, 1 X 800.
The event will see sprinters and middle distance runners compete in the same team for the LCAS Relay Medley Championship.
