Alumni club calls for President

LUCA alumni club, Motspur AC has opened nominations for President. 

At the Founders meeting on the 13th July, four committee members were elected and the constitution ratified, but the post of President is still vacant. If you would be interested, see details below on how to apply.

Social Secretary, Victor Mound (UCL) is acting president and will act as the returning officer in the election.

Former Imperial student and LCAS organising committee member, Emma Watkins was elected Treasurer. Jack Hood (KCL) and George Withers (IoE) were elected athletics and cross-country captain respectively. James Findon (KCL) was elected chairman.

Nominations for President are open now and will close on the 31st July at midnight. To apply, presidential hopefuls should write 300 words (max) on relevant experience and be seconded by a fellow Motspur member.
Your statement should be emailed to zctlvem@ucl.ac.uk along with the name and email of your seconder.
The primary responsibilities of the president will be to promote the club and attract members. The president will also work with the captains to manage fixtures.
To be eligible to stand and to vote, people must become registered supporters. This is free and can be done online.
 
The voting will take place online from 9am Wednesday 3rd August- 9pm 10th August, results will be announced as soon as possible.
