Before the race
Athletes must register before the race to get a LUCA ID number (register once for free here). As you cross the finishing line, you will get a token. You must give this token to the finishing desk along with your LUCA ID number to have your finishing result recorded.
Route
The route is 2 laps for women, 3 laps for men, with each lap being ~2.75 km. The course is run in an anti-clockwise direction (see map below).
Race HQ
On the grass, just north of Linford Christie Athletics track, by the lap start/finish (see route picture below).
Terrain
The route is mostly soft ground on grass or mud, as well as being flat (15 m gentle change at most).
Prizes
If this is the final race of the season, there will be a prize giving ceremony after the race.
Facilities
There are changing and toilet facilities available at Linford Christie stadium. Awards and presentations will be held in the TVH clubhouse after the race.
Travel
There are many tube and bus stops close to Wormwood Scrubs park. East Acton and White City (both central line) are both a short walk away.
