Essex Blades top the LCAS Club Championship after the first meet at Parliament Hill. The second annual LUCA London Colleges Athletics Series (LCAS) got underway on Saturday at Parliament Hill Athletics Track. 13 universities took part – more than at any other LCAS event last year. Of the 188 athletes competing, 109 achieved a personal best. For many, this was their first track and field meet. The meet started with a straight final for the 10,000 championship. LCAS 2016 Preview

The first meet of the second annual LUCA London Colleges Athletics Series (LCAS) will take place at Parliament Hill Athletics Track this Saturday. The competition was established in 2015 to be the track and field equivalent of the cross-country, London Colleges League. Parliament Hill is the traditional venue for the first meet of the LCL and will this year play home to the first meet of LCAS.
