Your trophy is yours to keep for one year. You must return the trophy to race HQ at the appropriate competition next year. If you are unable to attend the competition, or are leaving the country, you should return the trophy to your club captain. Please inform us if the trophy changes hands (i.e, if you give it to your captain or sports department). Contact us on hello@london-athletics.com.
Engraving
Trophies should be engraved with your name, following the convention established by the previous winners of the trophy. It is your responsibility to get the trophy engraved, but we will cover the cost. Complete the expense claim form and return it to hello@london-athletics.com.
