3rd League Race
This will be held on Wimbledon Common on Wednesday 20th November, starting at
3.15pm. You should meet by the windmill on the common, where there are toilets
but no changing facilities, so it is advisable to arrive ready changed. A map of
the area is enclosed. The nearest stations are about 1 mile away: Southfields
(District Line), and Wimbledon (British Rail & District Line) from which bus
routes pass the common. The race is being organised by Kings College.
4th and 5th League Races
I have an offer from LSE to hold one of these races. I am looking into the
possibility of using Trent Park for the other. I will let you know where the
fourth race will be with the results of the third.
League Subscriptions
If you have not paid your entry fees then you should send them to the Treasurer
at the address below, or to me and I will send them on. The charges are £15 for
the first men's team from each college; £12 for each other men's team; £10 for a
ladies' team; and £3 for individuals. Cheques should be made payable to "London
