Route

The route is 2 laps for women, 3 laps for men, with each lap being ~3 km. Starting by the athletics track, the course starts running by the sports pitches, before following the outside of a wooded section. Runners then proceed down paths/on grass around the park, before turning back and completing the lap via the small wooded section in the middle of the park (see map below).

Race HQ

On the grass, just north of Linford Christie Athletics track, by the lap start/finish (see route picture below).

Terrain

The route is mostly soft ground on grass or mud, as well as being flat (15 m gentle change at most).

Facilities

There are changing and toilet facilities available at Linford Christie stadium. Awards and presentations will be held in the TVH clubhouse after the race.

Travel

There are many tube and bus stops close to Wormwood Scrubs park.  East Acton and White City (both central line) are both a short walk away.
