It was business as usual for Brunel University College as they easily dominated, taking the first four individual places, with Alister Moses and Will Levitt looking like they were out for a jog together at the front. The defence of their Men's Team title doesn't look in danger as the usual challengers Imperial were almost 50 points behind, with Kings in third. Kings seem to have improved a lot this year with the arrival of new talent in Andrew Beckwith (5th) and David Chown (16th). Early indications suggest that this years University of London team could be quite strong as it is a while since three London runners were inside the top ten.

With the absence of Jennie Cox someone else finally got the chance to win and this honour went to Yvette Hague of Holloway who had a few good second places to her name last year. She had a large winnig margin from Bethan Hopewell of Imperial who had only decided to run that morning due to injury. Unfortunately though she was the only member of Imperial's team who won the team title last year so we could see a new team on top next year. Brunel University College also won the womens team race with Holloway, UCL, Roehampton and Kingston all within 20 points of each other.
